Low Ropes Course
We have literally observed groups transformed into
teams as we facilitate them through a series of physical and mental challenges.
Let our trained facilitators bring our portable low ropes course to your
location. There are numerous elements that must be "solved"
by the entire group working together. This is an excellent way to develop
trust, respect, enhance team communications and problem-solving. There
are fixed-site courses available dependent upon location.
Performance Assessment
Optimum performance is not something that accidentally
occurs. There are key components required for success. This program analyzes
the "ingredients" to optimum performance and recommends methods
to sustain that gain.
Valuing our Differences (Diversity)
Our workforce is becoming more heterogeneous day-by-day.
This program analyzes individual differences in-depth and discusses how
and why we should work to better value these differences.

Communications
The key to a successful work environment is the ability
for employees to effectively communicate with one another - horizontally
and vertically. This program analyzes communication - verbal and non-verbal
- and equips the participant with the tools to communicate more effectively.
Conflict Resolution
The average person would rather walk the other way
than confront someone with an issue. Unfortunately, this approach leads
to withholding and seriously reduces our ability to work as a successful
team. This program helps participants better understand the root issues
involved in conflict and how to address them in a professional constructive
manner.
Workplace Violence
Unfortunately, we cannot always predict the behavior
of others. We can, though, better understand the cause of violence in
the workplace and discuss possible proactive strategies to address our
concerns through this program.
